TikTok: How to Integrate TikTok Into your Brand Strategy

Social media is cyclical, and it’s up to us - as experts - to be in the know and make the right bets. At one point it was Vine, and then Snapchat, now Instagram - but the network that is getting the most heat is TikTok. But how do you TikTok? Yep, verbing it. Out of all the social networks, it seems to be the one that has the most interaction but also seems to take a lot of work!

Chris Strickland heads up content strategy at Jukin Media, the global leader in viral videos with top brands including FailArmy, People Are Awesome and The Pet Collective. Originally from Washington DC, Chris has lived in Los Angeles since 2007 and worked at Defy Media, Ticketmaster and Jam City before landing at Jukin in 2019. Chris’ hobbies include running his dog Miles’ Instagram and TikTok accounts (@milesthepitbull), quarantine home gardening and consuming as much sports (now that it's back) as possible. ​

Robbie Levin

Robbie Levin oversees media and brand publishers for TikTok's Content Partnerships team. In this role, he works to enhance the publisher ecosystem on the platform through strategic partnerships, product updates, creator collaborations, and more. Before TikTok, Robbie worked at Snapchat for 4 years. There, he served as a producer on the content programming team, helping build out Snapchat's lineup of UGC-driven "Our Stories" and made-for-mobile shows. Based in Los Angeles, Robbie is a cautiously optimistic Chicago sports fan.

Jamie Lewis

Jamie Lewis has been a social media coordinator at the University of Georgia for 2 years where she helps manage the university’s flagship accounts. Prior to this role, she oversaw social media and email marketing for the UGA Alumni Association. When not at work, you can find her tweeting about cats, YA books and Adam Driver.

Andrew Unterman

Andrew is an Associate Producer at the Pet Collective. He is also an experienced Head Of Research / Associate Producer with a demonstrated history of working in the broadcast media industry. Skilled in Pop Culture, TV, Film, Box Office Analysis, Production, History, Theme Parks, Sales and Management. He has a strong media and communication professional with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Motion Pictures and Communications from University of Miami.

Barbara Jones

Barbara is an entrepreneur in the influencer marketing, social media, talent management, technology and entertainment space. She's the Founder of the influencer marketing agency, influencer network, influencer conference and talent management company called Outshine Talent. She is an energetic, passionate leader with entrepreneurial spirit and outstanding integrity.
