The panel of experts will discuss the topic and also take questions from the audience in this in-depth discussion on one of the age-old questions of social media management. Vanessa Jamieson is Director of Analytics at Way To Blue. She has 10 years experience in quantitative research and analytics in the entertainment sector. Previously she was at MarketCast, a global research and consulting firm for the entertainment sector, as Associate Director, Product Development. Prior to this role she spent 3 years in London launching an office for MarketCast in London, and before that worked an analyst across Brand, Media testing, and Tracking Research. She started her career at OTX (now Ipsos) working on online data collection for media testing in the entertainment sector. She has a Ph.D. in Applied Methodology and MA in Organizational Behavior from the Claremont Colleges, and  BS in Biological Psychology and Neuroscience from UC San Diego.

Michael is a veteran Sales Executive with 20 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industries working with some of the largest market research firms in the world, including Nielsen, TNS and Kantar Media. He brings extensive experience in sales for new business segments, as well as a strong background in expanding business development in new and emerging markets.Previously, Michael held Senior Sales positions at Nielsen, Ziff Davis, Kantar Media, Ace Metrix and FanAppz. He is a frequent speaker on social media and marketing and has presented at venues including Text Analytics World, the Semantic Technology Business Conference, MediaPosts' OMMA conferences, Gravity Summit and Digital Hollywood.
