  • Privacy: What information are you obliged to protect and what happens if the information is revealed?

  • DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act): How can you protect yourself from hefty fees, lawsuits or even criminal prosecution due to copyright violations and get others to stop using your content without permission?
  • What to do when you receive a takedown notice?
  • What is Safe Harbor?
  • How can you protect yourself from litigation for defamation and other claims arising from content on your site?
  • What are Terms of Service and Privacy Policies and why should you have them on your site?
  • What other means of protecting yourself and your company exist?
