Great!!We invite you to bring one (or more!) container of non-perishable food or personal-care items to contribute to SMCLA’s Food Drive for the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. If you forget, we’ll add any check you’d like to contribute to our LA Food Bank Fund Drive. Either way, you’ll receive a FREE ticket for our spectacular Holiday Party raffle!And, if you don't have your holiday party tix, why not? Los Angeles Regional Food Bank is a 501(c)(3) private nonprofit organization.Here are some of the non-perishable items you can drop in the Food Bank donation box at SMCLA’s Holiday Party:
- canned protein such as tuna, sardines, stews and soups
- peanut butter & jelly
- canned fruits & vegetables
- fruit juices
- staples such as beans, rice, pasta
- personal care items, including lotion, deodorant, toothpaste

The food and funds raised will help the Food Bank supply more than 650 charitable agencies (adding up to more than 1,000 sites) that provide food for low-income children, families, senior citizens and individuals in need throughout Los Angeles County. The Food Bank currently provides the equivalent of 830,000 meals every week.Our help allows the Food Bank to secure and distribute nutritious food, staples and personal-care items to serve more children and families in need. With every $1 we raise, the Food Bank can distribute enough food for 4 meals.Did We Mention...YOU’RE AMAZING!!That’s why we work so hard all year to bring you premier social media programming and offer great free gifts to you from our sponsors.
